In March 2025, while exploring Lam Dong’s coffee heartland, we met Canh Bui—the visionary behind Bui Origin farm. Over steaming phin coffee, Canh shared his mission: to break robusta’s old stereotypes and uplift his community. With cutting-edge farming and experimental post-harvest techniques, he’s raising both the quality of robusta and opportunities for local farmers.
Oh! So Peachy is our debut Fine Robusta import—a tribute to Vietnam’s new generation of coffee innovators.

Prime Growing, Next-Level Craft
Bui Origin’s farm sits at 1,080m in Nam Ban’s volcanic soil—remarkably high for robusta. The cool climate and precise cultivation unlock a vibrant, complex bean. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, then processed with modern fermentation methods like anaerobic and yeast inoculation. The result? A Fine Robusta scoring 85+ on CQI cuppings—a new benchmark for Vietnamese specialty coffee.
