I have two passions in life, visiting Vietnam and good, fresh ground coffee. It is easy to get ground coffee but so hard to get good Vietnamese beans. Phin Coffee beans are great with the real taste that I can get grinding them fresh!

Lovely coffee that's perfect for a slow drip filter. Service is excellent and speedy service make this an easy choice if you're after a subscription service or one off purchase. With subscriptions you can pause or cancel easily so flexible without feeling locked in. This is now my favourite coffee and I've bought for friends and family too.

Wow. This is my new favourite brew. Its so rich and strong. What a bargin as this is normally the same as 3 takeaway cups but this will have me sorted everyday for a month!!!

I wanted to try and support an Australian company instead of importing the coffee from Vietnam myself. How every i wasn't a fan of these flavours, tastes too chocolatey for me. I'd send it back if I had the choice.

I use this signature blend on the phin, paper filter and also on espresso machine for black or latte they all good: strong and delicious coffee flavored , keep up the good work.

Firstly, I am not a person to write reviews... but, I just returned to Australia after 3 weeks in Vietnam where I had the best coffee's that I have had, anywhere in the world!

So, obviously I NEEDED to find Vietnamese coffee beans as nothing else here in Australia comes close!

After looking around, I found Phin Coffee via google. I reached out and spoke to Steven Nguyen (the owner), he was great to speak with, very helpful in what I was looking for (pre ground Vietnamese coffee beans) and was also surprised to know that there was not a 1 month option, he was very quick to add that option to the website which was great service!

So I started with the 250g Phin Ground subscription every two weeks and has been very fast delivery. In terms of quality, THE BEST COFFEE!!! I now have my office hooked on it and will be doing the 1kg subscription service every month for the office.

Me personally, I will stick with the 250g every two weeks as it works for me at home! Friend of mine that was on the same trip messaged me today saying they already ran out of the beans we brought back from Vietnam and said he will try Ebay, I told him "NO!", Phin coffee is your solution! He is going to do a subscription as well :D

Decent coffee with a kick, should give it a try

I recently came back from Vietnam with a phin filter set I purchased from Trung Nguyen.

It came with ground coffee (Trung Nguyen Legend Gold) and I absolutely fell in love with it.

After finishing all of the coffee I looked into buying more from an Aussie source as I couldn't find the Trung Nguyen beans for a reasonable price.

I found the Phin coffee blend to be far less "chocolatey" and it tasted more roasted/burnt.

It's not a bad coffee but it's not what I was hoping for.

I'm more likely going to try a full Robusta bean rather than this blend.

Don't get me wrong it's not baf tasting but it didn't blow me away like the Trung Nguyen line.
