Grown on high-elevation farms near Da Lat (1,400–1,600m), where year-round cool mist and rich volcanic basalt soils create ideal conditions for slow cherry development and authentic terroir flavors.

About Catimor: This respected hybrid, created in Portugal in 1959, crosses Caturra (a compact, high-quality Arabica mutation from Bourbon lineage) with Timor Hybrid (a natural Robusta-Arabica cross from Timor Island, known for strong rust resistance). The result: refined taste with hardiness – perfect for our Vietnamese arabica coffee Sydney roasts.

Medium-bodied yet velvety, with mild sweetness, milk chocolate, spices, and herbs. A gentler entry to Vietnamese coffee – ideal for those preferring smoother profiles with brightness and no harshness.
