About Catimor: This respected hybrid, created in Portugal in 1959, crosses Caturra (a compact, high-quality Arabica mutation from Bourbon lineage) with Timor Hybrid (a natural Robusta-Arabica cross from Timor Island, known for strong rust resistance). The result: refined taste with hardiness – perfect for our Vietnamese arabica coffee Sydney roasts.
